    [paragraph extra=””]In the summer of July, 2014 Hamptonworkout held their first and successful Free Speed and Agility Camp in Washington, DC. This past summer of 2015 they held their 2nd annual camp with 30 kids in attendance. Ages varied from 4-18 to help them improve in any challenging areas while also becoming better in their stronger craft. Coaches focused on the instruction and techniques of the athletes so they can receive the extra attention that they desired. Athletes competed in drills that will help them increase in speed and coordination for future competitions.[/paragraph]
