HamptonWorkout was established in 2013 to develop a program to help reach the physical needs of people who wanted to improve in their athletic ability or their overall health. HamptonWorkout offers speed, agility, strength training, stick mobility, injury prevention, and skill development for all athletes from a Certified Trainer in different levels. We also offer a weight loss/weight gain program involving small groups that can assist you in overcoming new challenges.

The HamptonWorkout training targets mostly clients with weight loss goals. Each session is an hour long of intense training developing strength, endurance, stability, core, and most important confidence. This program also brings in challenges where each client encourages each other to strive harder. Motivation is the key aspect in personal training and HamptonWorkout makes sure that everyone feels motivated!

We also offer a weight loss program involving circuit training that can assist you in overcoming new challenges.

I started at the age fifteen working my first job at a summer sports camp in Washington, DC.  From that moment on, I immersed myself into anything sports-related and gravitate more towards the coaching aspect.  This experience began post high school graduation where I earned the opportunity to coach St. John’s College High School varsity football team as their Defensive Back coach. Shortly after, I continued to focus heavily on sports at Delaware State University and interned with DCPS Department of Athletics learning basic skills that would equip me for Athletic Director responsibilities.  While interning with DCPS, I received a certification in coaching, EXOS Strength Training, Movement Specialist, Vertimax Training,Speed/Agility,CPR First Aid/AED, as well as credits in nutrition.  These opportunities solidified my professional plans to work long-term in a physical fitness or sports career. Since then I have trained numerous athletic programs such as 2019 National EYBLWomen’s basketball champions Team Takeover and numerous All-Americans.
